Final Sale Items:

• All sale items, discounted jewelry, and custom-made pieces are considered final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
• This includes items purchased during promotional sales, clearance events, or any other discounted offers.
• Personalized or custom jewelry (engraved, custom designs, etc.) is also non-returnable and non-refundable, as it is made specifically for you.

Condition of Items:

• We inspect all jewelry pieces carefully before shipment to ensure quality and condition.

Exceptions:

• We want you to love your purchase! If you have received an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect (wrong product or size), please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will guide you through the return or exchange process and resolve the issue.
• If you suspect your jewelry is faulty, please take clear photos of the issue and send them to our customer service team.
• If you ordered the wrong size in bangles or choora due to your wrong measurements, you will be responsible to pay for any shipping costs to exchange the product.
